Our workshops are held in our lovely dedicated workshop space located here at our Emporium in Boyanup, Western Australia.

Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting messy.
We do provide aprons if requested.

Our workshop space does currently have one step to access. We have had those with wheelchairs be able to access with some assistance if needed.
Let us know in advance if you have specific needs. We aim to be inclusive. -
Yes, we have dedicated parking for workshop attendees behind our emporium.

All supplies, tools and equipment are generally provided unless specifically mentioned in the workshop details.
All-day workshops, you will need to bring your own lunch (morning tea is provided).

Workshop Terms & Conditions

All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Craggy Pear reserves the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received in advance.

Our refund policy is based on the amount of notice provided. This reflects the administration involved in processing bookings and cancellations, as well as the difficulty of filling places closer to an event date.
Workshops purchased by you:
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, less a $10 administration fee per booking.
Cancellations made 8–21 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
No-shows:
No refunds or credits will be provided if you do not attend the workshop without cancelling within the timeframes outlined above. This includes missed sessions or late arrival where participation is no longer possible.
Ticket transfers to another person are permitted at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Workshops cancelled or postponed by us:
If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price within 10 business days. If we postpone an event, you may transfer your ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.Force majeure:
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government directions or public health emergencies, we will offer credit toward a future event where appropriate. Any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law will continue to apply.Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. -
By attending a Craggy Pear workshop, you agree to:
Follow all safety instructions and directions provided by staff or facilitators.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for the activities.
Notify us in advance of any relevant allergies, health conditions, or accessibility needs.
Craggy Pear is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal property during a workshop.

By attending a Craggy Pear workshop, you acknowledge that workshops may involve the use of tools, natural materials, or processes that carry some risk.
While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation is at your own risk.
Craggy Pear is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or for any accident beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise specified, workshops are open to participants aged 18 years and over. Workshops intended for children or minors will be clearly marked and may require adult supervision.
