Saltwash Texture Application – Incorporate Saltwash to create a rustic, weathered, coastal texture.
Coloured Wax & Finishing Techniques – Experiment with dark, white, and coloured waxes to highlight texture, protect your finish, and add patina.

In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn essential rigid heddle techniques and weave a beautiful scarf. You will be working on a 40cm rigid heddle loom.

Join us for a festive day of stitching and making as you create your very own embroidered felt Craggy Pear Christmas decoration.
Using beautiful Cottage Garden Threads and WonderFil Dazzle specialty metallic threads, you'll learn a selection of embroidery stitches and techniques before using them to embellish your felt pear.
You'll be stitching directly onto felt before your pear is assembled, filled and finished with a hanging loop—ready for its place on the Christmas tree.
Add colour, texture, beautiful stitching and touches of metallic detail. Go traditional for Christmas or choose something a little more whimsical—the fun is in making a pear that's uniquely yours.

A nationally recognised designer, Cherise’s work has been featured in Country Style magazine and national wedding and event publications. For one day only at Craggy Pear, she’ll be sharing her creative approach and techniques as she guides you through making your own beautiful Christmas wreath.
Using a generous selection of fresh foliage, dried botanicals, ribbons and decorative accents, you’ll create a wreath layered with texture, movement and your own personal style.
Hang it on your door or wall to welcome Christmas into your home, or lay it flat and style it as a beautiful centrepiece for your Christmas table.
You’ll learn how to build and balance your design, layer different botanical materials and add those finishing details that bring a wreath together beautifully.
