In this immersive workshop, you’ll dive deep into the fibre arts!
In the morning, you’ll explore carding and blending with blending boards and drum carders—experimenting with luxurious fibres such as wool, alpaca, silk, mohair, and vibrant dyed blends.
After lunch, the focus shifts to spinning where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon of spinning with the beautiful fibre blends you have created.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with uniquely blended fibres and handspun yarn ready for your next creative project.
You do need to have a basic knowledge of spinning and your own spinning wheel. We can provide spinning wheels however they need to be booked in advance.

Note:
A basic knowledge of spinning is required.
You need to BYO your own spinning wheel however we can provide spinning wheels if booked in advance.
Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the Workshop so this gives you time to settle in.
We love to get messy, so please make sure you wear casual clothing.
Morning tea is provided (tea, coffee & biccies). This is a full-day workshop so please bring your own lunch or you can purchase from the lunch-bar across the road.
Parking is available behind our Emporium.
